Overall Goal:
This project was to help unify and modernize a small town chiropractic office as well as increase patient attendance. The existing logo and brand colors already had equity for this 30 year old chiropractic practice, and merchandise already existed, so changes to the logo were light.
Responsive Website Goal:
my goal with the website and book was to help visitors imagine how their life could be improved by chiropractic care. Playing with children, walking in a grassy field, and sleeping, are things that are difficult to do with back pain. The book and website would feature patient submitted images that would rotate and promote a positive healthy life-style. This was first coded using media-queries, then using percentage grids.

Orientation Packet
This orientation packet was created to help guide patients through informational videos that the doctor insisted they watch before their first visit (if they could not make orientation).

Paraphernalia
They also needed more unified advertising. Some products were teal, and others blue. T-shirts, environmental signage, business cards, and other paraphernalia were created for promotional events.

Social Media
Social media and slides for facebook and in-office use were created and rotated monthly. Each month focused on different topic. Most of these slides were educational, but also included occasional advertising.

Paperwork and Packets
When I got the chance, I reworked their educational handouts and used the new branded fonts and colors. At the same time, I tried to make the paperwork easier to read.

Conclusion / Successes
The orientation packet changes and slips given to the receptionists were reported to have been a huge improvement and people forgot their orientations less.
The unified look and feel (no more blue pens) helped unify the brand when out doing events and recruiting new patients.
